If this product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 5 years from the date of purchase Sundance Trampolines will repair, replace or issue credit at its option, for the defective product or component part. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty service. Warranty is void if the rebounder is abused, dissembled or exposed to atmosphere or conditions other than stated within these instructions.

Limited Warranty
Sundance Trampolines warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for five years from date of sale. The obligation of Sundance Trampolines is limited to the replacement of defective parts, repair or credit of Sundance Trampolines' original sales price. This warranty does not cover shipping, handling, freight charges or duties.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Warranty is invalid if purchaser fails to properly operate and/or maintain the product. This warranty is not transferable to third parties. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied except as stated above. There is no warranty for fitness for particular purpose or warranty of merchantability. Except as otherwise agreed herein, Sundance Trampolines shall not be liable for special or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profit or revenue, loss of use of the product, cost or replacement of the product. Tampering, accident, abuse, and negligence, unauthorized repairs or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Sundance does not assume any responsibility for personal injury or property damage incurred by or through its use.
